The client hereby accepts the following special conditions applicable to the Buggy Tour, which form an integral part of the vehicle rental contract:

1. The driver must carry a valid driving license and documentation at all times.
2. Only one designated driver is allowed; no driver exchanges are permitted.
3. Only persons authorized in the contract may drive. Drivers must be over 21 years old and hold a driving license for at least 3 years.
4. Only children from 4 years of age are allowed. They must travel in 4-seater buggies and be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
5. Pregnant women are not allowed on the excursion.
6. Seat belts must be worn at all times by all occupants.
7. This is a vehicle rental contract; general conditions are available to the client.
8. The driver is responsible for all occupants at all times and must ensure compliance with these conditions and with the guide’s instructions.
9. The driver must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
10. A minimum safety distance of 30 meters must be maintained between buggies throughout the route.
11. Skidding, reckless acceleration, and dangerous maneuvers that may endanger others are strictly prohibited.
12. Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited. The company may refuse participation to any person suspected of being under the influence.
13. Smoking is prohibited during the tour, except in designated areas authorized by the guide.
14. Littering is not permitted. Any items, food, or drinks must be disposed of properly after the tour.
15. Closed footwear is mandatory to drive. Clients without proper footwear will not be allowed to participate, and no refund will be issued.
16. Breach of conditions will result in immediate termination of the contract, withdrawal of keys, and loss of refund, with the client assuming any additional costs incurred.
17. The contract includes insurance with an excess of €1,500. Any damage to the vehicle, whether by accident, negligence, or misuse, will be payable by the driver up to this amount. In cases of gross negligence or breach of rules, the company may claim full damages.
18. A valid Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card must be presented as a security deposit.
