Reservation and cancellation policy
An extension of the contract can be made by telephone, by Email, by WhatsApp or in person for each rental, and it must be the first extension. Non-contact extensions can be made for a maximum of five days. A new approval may be required for security hold. Any extension beyond the extended 5 days must be made/agreed directly with the location that rents the vehicle.
Changing a reservation
To change an existing reservation, you will need the reservation number and security code of the reservation. Both items can be found on the booking confirmation, which is emailed as a pdf to the specified email address. Changes are subject to fleet availability.
Cancellation of an existing reservation
To cancel an existing reservation, you need the reservation number and the security code of the reservation. Both items can be found on the booking confirmation, which is emailed to the specified email address. Cancellations can only be made at least 48 hours before the day of departure.
