1. Provider and contact
Xplore Mallorca bookings are contracted with SR NEW MOBILITY 2020 S.L., tax ID B01954387, registered address C/ Espalmador nº 44, local 16, 07660 Cala d’Or, Illes Balears, España. Contact: info@xploremallorca.com and +34 971 659 117.
2. Total price
The cost of each excursion, date, buggy type and quantity is displayed in euros before booking. Any applicable extra charges must be shown in the price breakdown before payment.
3. Deposit and balance
A 20% deposit of the total price is paid online when booking. The remaining 80% is outstanding and is NOT automatically charged to the card by this website. Customers must be told and agree when, where and how the balance is payable before confirming a booking. If that has not been communicated, ask info@xploremallorca.com before paying.
4. Payment providers
Payments are processed by the gateway actually offered at checkout (Redsys or Stripe, depending on the configuration). Full card details must be entered with the payment provider, never by email.
5. Confirmation and payment errors
A booking is confirmed only after the deposit has been authorised and a booking reference has been issued. An unsuccessful or pending payment does not confirm the booking. Contact info@xploremallorca.com with your reference if you need help.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation, amendment and refund rules are set out in the cancellation policy presented before booking. Paying a 20% deposit does not by itself mean that the deposit is non-refundable.
