Cancellations and changes must be requested in writing at jaume.capo@sprintrental.es, quoting the booking reference. Acceptance and any refundable amount depend on notice, availability and the commercial terms communicated by Xplore Mallorca. If the organiser cancels the activity, the legally applicable alternative or refund will be offered.
